OCEAN GALLERY

2013년에 부산 해운대 중심에 문을 연 오션갤러리는  작가 선정과 작품 선정에 남다른 글로벌한 인식과 현대 기업가 정신에 기초한 화랑 운영으로 작가들과 컬렉터들에게 깊은 신뢰를 구축한 현대미술 전문 갤러리로 성장하였다. 이런 운영방식은 해외 작가들 뿐만 아니고 국내 특히 지역 작가들에게는 더 할 수 없는 글로벌 소통의 장을 마련해 주고 있다.

 

오션갤러리는 국내에 총3개의 전시공간을 운영하고 있다. 부산 해운대 청사포 해변에 위치한 오션갤러리 본점은 전속 작가들의 전시공간, 해운대 LCT몰에 있는 오션갤러리LCT점은 기획과 마케팅에 초점을 맞춘 전시공간, 경주 보문단지에 위치한 라한셀렉트호텔 2층에 위치한 오션갤러리는 전국의 관광객들을 위한 문화 및 대안공간으로 활용하여 신진작가들의 가능성을 타진해 보는 실험 공간으로 활용하고 있다.

Ocean Gallery, which opened in the center of Haeundae, Busan in 2013. Ocean Gallery has grown into a contemporary art gallery that has built deep trust among artists and collectors by operating a gallery based on contemporary entrepreneurship and a unique global awareness in selecting artists and works. This method of operation provides an unprecedented opportunity for global communication not only for overseas artists, but also for domestic, especially local, artists.

 

Ocean Gallery operates a total of three exhibition spaces in Korea. 

- The Ocean Gallery main branch, located on Cheongsapo Beach in Haeundae, Busan, is an exhibition space for exclusive artists,

- The Ocean Gallery LCT branch in Haeundae LCT Mall is an exhibition space focused on planning and marketing,

- and the Ocean Gallery is located on the 2nd floor of Lahan Select Hotel, located in Bomun Complex, Gyeongju, is being used as a cultural and alternative space for tourists from all over the country and as an experimental space to explore the potential of new artists.
